How to plan valentines day and first marriage aniversary?

I got married last year (Feb 20 2007). Valentine’s day and my first marriage anniversary is fast approaching. I am thinking of giving diamond necklace for anniversary. But I am still confused how to plan valentines’ day and our first anniversary so that both days are memorable. Any idea’s?
on Valentines Day i would let her get anything she wants. then take her out to diner to her favorite restaurant.then on ur anniversary make her a romantic dinner with candles, wine, slow music, and put the necklace in her empty wine glass.after dinner ask her to dance.

I don’t know exactly what to do, but def. include this sweet gift….get her a bouquet of roses and put a fake rose in the middle, then tell her you will love her until the last flower dies! (obviously the fake flower will never die!)
